If you have no experience in yoga, a Beginners Course is the place to start. Our Beginners Course covers standing poses, some sitting poses, back bends, breathing and some simple balancing poses.

If you already have a pass, please log in and make a reservation from your account.

You can book for the course of 5 classes across 5 weeks, or you can purchase an Unlimited Beginners Pass to attend as many Beginners or Plus Size classes as you wish within the 5 weeks.
